4 COCKTAILS:
“Wow. Just…wow. I had to do some thinking about this before I sat down
to review “Happy’s Ever After”. The book was great. There’s no doubt
about that at all. Stormy Glenn always writes an excellent story with
well fleshed out characters with real personalities, and Happy O’Brian
and Marc Walker are no exceptions…All in all, “Happy’s Ever After” was
an excellent book. Please don’t be put off by Happy’s innocence. He’s
not handicapped. He’s just not worldly. By the end of the story, he
was already learning about things, and he was looking forward to
learning a lot more. I’m very excited for him, and I hope that Stormy
Glenn will be able to give me a little bit more of Happy and Marc in
future works. I’m VERY highly recommending this one.” – Kenna,

4 TWINKLING STARS:
“The start of the Cade Creek series by Stormy Glenn is Happy’s Ever After. I
really enjoyed the character of Happy. His name really fits him. He is a
gentle giant who cares deeply for others despite the hard ships and violence
he was raised with. Happy deserves the happy ending he gets he has more than
earned it. Marc is the perfect man for Happy. He is a deputy. And a protective
man by nature. He is patient and kind as well. Something that will make him
the perfect match for Happy, who has not seen as much of the world as the rest
of us. There are some scenes that are not for the faint of heart. The abuse
that Happy goes through is really bad, but it was essential to the plot that
we know that. I felt Ms. Glenn handled everything with her usual grace and
understand of the situation. She has an amazing voice as a writer and this
story shows it very well. When you want to start a series with emotional angst
and characters you will never forget this is the one for you.” Redz,

"Some people like Happy’s
grandparents feel it was their religion gave them the right to use any
methods, cores ion or corporal punishment against others. Happy and his mother
were unwilling victims that they kept hidden and beaten into submission. It
was a miracle that Happy turned out a loving and trusting as he was. Even as
bad as it got he always knew that his mother loved it. Even after they were
safe other bullies tried to take advantage and make fun of Happy. It was
wonderful how Marc seems to know from the first time he met Happy that he was
happy and was willing to do anything to make Happy smile. Happy knew he was
slower than other people, but he never thought that his prince charming would
ever find him until he met Marc. This wonderful and inspiring story reminds us
to never give up our dreams because you never know what fate has in store for
you." --
